How to qualify

As long as your store is publicly available in the Cafe Press marketplace and you have conservative, Republican, anti-Democrat, pro-troop, or Support the troop merchandise, you are eligible to have your store listed at Republican Shirts.

Your shop doesn't even have to be entirely pro-conservative, or republican in nature for you to be accepted. Simply ensure that there is a well defined section in your shop that contains conservative, republican, military, or pro-troop merchandise inside of 1 or more subsection (each subsection should contain one design) and that's it.

Your shop may already be listed in our directory. It is not uncommon for some of the better designs on cafe press to be listed here. If you've found your shop listed here, don't worry you're still making the money from the sales.

If you don't want your site to be listed, simply go to your shop -> 'shop profile' -> and click the box under preferences.  But before you do that, please note:  As of August 2008, Shopkeepers are no longer charged for Affiliate referrals. Meaning - More money for you!

How to submit

In order to ensure that your merchandise will be listed in the correct section in Republican Shirts, please attempt to organize your shop/merchandise into one of the following categories outlined below. It is important to note that submissions containing multiple categories inside of one section will not be accepted. Submissions that do not contain subsections (1 design per subsection) will also not be accepted. Submissions that are deemed to be in poor taste, contain threatening messages, bad language, etc, will not be accepted.

Once you're ready - Click on the 'submit my shop' link on the left side menu.

How to format my store in Cafe Press for submission:

Example:

1. From your storefront, create a Section. (i.e. 'Republican elephants') you can name this anything you want to as long as it contains designs that fall with in Republican Shirts categories, as outlined below.

This Section is what you will submit to Republican Shirts. The format should look like this: cafepress.com/yourstore/1234567 (replacing 1234567 with your section number created by Cafe Press)

 

2. Inside of that section create one or more sections (sub-sections) with your design(s) (i.e. subsection1 = republican elephant 1, sub-section2 = funny republican elephant, etc...).

Even if you are only submitting 1 design, it must be within a subsection. When you submit your shop section(s) to republican Shirts, you will submit your main section(s)

My Shop doesn't look like that / I don't want to make a new section on my cafepress store like that, but I still want to have my merchandise listed on Republican Shirts

If your shop isn't categorized as outlined below, you can simply create a new shop section and copy your existing design section(s) into it. Copy down the new "Shop ID" and 'hide' the new section from your store. (or keep it visible if you like, it is your shop) Then submit your newly created shop ID to Republican Shirts. The hidden section won't show up in your store, but it will still show up at Republican Shirts.

Examples of cafe press shops that will not be accepted:

If your cafe press shop name is 'example1' and inside of your shop you have a section called 'Patriotic', but you also have merchandise sections for 'Anti-Democrat' then your shop will not be added

If your cafe press shop name is 'example1' and inside of your shop you only have individual products then your shop will not be added (place each design into a sub-section)

I submitted my Shop for inclusion in Republican Shirts, how long until it is added

Adding your shop typically takes about a day, but can take longer depending on how your shop is set up and how many requests are pending. If there are any issues, we'll be in touch with the email address you provided.
